If growth feels harder than it should, there is usually a reason, and it’s rarely a lack of effort.
The silent killer of growth is Revenue Fragility. This happens when you rely on organic customer behavior rather than engineered customer systems.
Predictable customers = Stable growth.
Messy customers + No System = Fragile growth.
