I’m on a client call right now.
We’re talking about follow-ups—and how the lack of a process is costing them.
Reminds me of a CEO who once admitted they hadn’t followed up on $60M worth of quotes.
Not because they didn’t care. Not because they weren’t capable.
But because there was no process.
We made one small change:
✅ On Day 7, a required CRM question: “Did you follow up?” Yes / No.
✅ On Day 8, sales management received a report of all outstanding quotes.
✅ On Day 12, any still outstanding quotes went to the CEO.
No more guesswork. No more storytelling. No more abdicating responsibility.
Process creates accountability. Hope is not a strategy.
💡 How much revenue is slipping through the cracks in your business right now?
