One of my clients was trying to figure out why their top reps were consistently generating big numbers while others just… existed.
So I spent time with them. I observed and learned what made them unique.
The best ones owned the conversation, created demand, and made themselves indispensable.
The rest? They were order-takers, price-cutters, and “just checking in” reps.
Basically, dead weight.
