A company I worked with lost a major client.

They didn’t see it coming.

One day, the sales rep drove over to check in and saw a competitor’s truck in the parking lot.

When he asked the client what was going on, they said:

"We hadn’t heard from you in a while, and they stopped by just as we were about to move forward with this project."

That was it. No complaints. No bad service. Just silence.

And silence kills relationships.

The biggest reason customers leave? They feel forgotten.

Retention isn’t just about doing great work—it’s about staying top-of-mind.

If you’re not actively keeping relationships warm, someone else will.

So...... it's now about 1PM 🕐🕐🕐🕐.

There's still a few hours left today.

Who’s one client you need to check in before the day is over?

Do it.
