💥 I created this comic back in 2016—LONG before AI took over customer service.

And yet, here we are… living this nightmare.

🔹 Endless loops.

🔹 Robotic responses.

🔹 “Let me transfer you to my supervisor” (who is also a bot).

AI was meant to enhance customer experience—not replace real human connections.

But too many companies are using it as a shield, not a tool.

Customer experience is STILL a human game. The best brands use AI to support great service—not turn it into a sci-fi horror show.
