Most “process problems” aren’t about process.

Most “process problems” aren’t about process.

They’re about belief.

I’ve worked with companies from $10M to $3B — and the same thing shows up:

Leaders roll out a new process…

…and the team quietly waits it out.

“This too shall pass.”

Sound familiar?

This is what I call the “Passing Fad” Trap:

✅ Smart process

❌ No adoption

And it kills sales, loyalty, and momentum — because everyone’s stuck waiting for someone else to take it seriously.

Here’s the truth:

Without belief, no process sticks.

Without follow-through, no process matters.

If your team isn’t executing, don’t just fix the system — fix the buy-in.

🧭 Which quadrant is your company in?

Anarchy → Passing Fads → Blind Leading the Blind → Well-Oiled Machine

Reply “PROCESS” and I’ll send you a quick diagnostic to map where you are — and what to do next.
