Not new leads.

Not new leads.

Not fancy funnels.

Just… missed opportunities inside their existing customer base.

Here’s what I mean:

We ran a simple exercise with a manufacturing client —

and uncovered $1.2M in missed sales.

Not by optimizing.

Not by scaling.

But by spotting what should’ve been obvious:

Customers who bought A should’ve bought B.

Customers who bought B always bought C… unless no one offered it.

It’s not a sales problem.

It’s a visibility problem.

Even teams with expensive CRMs miss the pattern.

We use a dead-simple tool called the Evergreen Forest to surface these gaps.

(Think: visual map of every product sold vs every customer.)

It takes 5 minutes. But the insights are worth millions.

🟢 You don’t need new leads.

🌱 You need a better lens on what’s already working.

Curious what’s hiding in your customer base?
