The most successful businesses aren’t the most innovative.

They’re the most consistent.

People love saying business is unpredictable.

I think the opposite is true.

It’s staggeringly predictable.

When a company struggles with sales or service,

I can usually trace it back to one of five missing fundamentals.

Fix them — results improve. Every time.

I’ve seen it in $10M companies.

I’ve seen it in $3B companies.

Same issues. Same fixes.

Because business isn’t about reinvention.

It’s about execution.

The best companies aren’t chasing shiny ideas.

They’re repeating what works — with precision.

Predictable success comes from predictable behavior.

So the real question is:

If you already know what works in your business,
