The company is all-in on AI-driven automation and betting big on "AgentForce," but customers aren’t biting...yet.

Here’s the thing:

Replacing humans with bots doesn’t fix bad service.

High-touch industries win on relationships, not algorithms. This will ALWAYS be the case for the next 50+ years!

Customers don’t want “smarter” agents...they want better service.

AI doesn’t drive growth unless it enhances the experience, not replaces it.

Stop chasing hype. Start delivering results.
