Run my calendar, book travel, coordinate clients, manage operations, basic bookkeeping. You’ll handle both business and personal tasks - they’re intertwined. Need someone tech-savvy who thinks ahead and solves problems before I know they exist. Remote/hybrid.

📱 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Own my Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write killer captions, design scroll-stopping posts, schedule everything, engage with my audience. Mine 10+ years of videos, content, and books to produce great content. B2B/professional content experience required. Remote/hybrid.

🎥 VIDEO CONTENT DIRECTOR

Film and edit business content. Travel with me to speaking gigs, client sessions, studio shoots. High volume, world-class execution. Bring your own pro equipment, or we’ll buy it. Need someone who solves problems and thinks like an owner. Hybrid.

Work Setup: Mostly remote or hybrid depending on role and fit. We have an office - you’ll be here regularly. Performance bonuses, profit-sharing, equity conversations for the right people. This scales, you scale with it.
